- Audit of the contract documents, from operational perspective as well as in terms of warranty (results/means)
- Assistance in the sub-contracting follow-up (delivery schedule, receipt validation)
- Critical analysis of the Controls Catalogue (relevance and coverage of current criteria, risk/cost evaluation)
- Review of the key ERP parameters (reference table normalization, interactions between tables and masters)
- Assistance to receipt definition (methodology and test templates, success criteria)
- Training / education advisory (module content, personnel selection, logistics, planning)
AUDIT IN PURCHASE-TO-PAY
Assistance to preparation and follow-up of internal / external audits
- Review of functional and operational processes
- Detailed analysis of control points, segregation of duties, and productivity
- Improvement plan proposal tailored to the Client situation
- Continuing support during preparation, execution, and follow-up of the audit
ANALYTICAL TOOLS AND COLLABORATIVE INFRASTRUCTURE
Definition and implementation of additional means for management and controls
- Analysis of the current tools to support the Purchase-to-Pay process
- Identification of additional needs (analytical and/or operational)
- Definition of possible technical solutions consistent with the existing infrastructure
- Development of simple tailored tools (which will remain Client's property)
- Training of Client personnel in the usage and the maintenance of these tools
ASSISTANCE TO CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
Advisory for the implementation and the administration of complex contract relationships
- "Re-reading" of contracts, and operational analysis of the actual execution
- Analysis of current indicators and their adequacy to the contractual terms
- Advisory to improvement solutions and/or negotiated exit
